I started my journey with yoga at age 18, after having been diagnosed with scoliosis and herniated spinal discs that - according to doctors - would prevent me from ever doing a true forward-fold or twist, and would likely eventually require surgery. Throughout high school I lived in chronic pain and debilitating flare-ups that literally paralyzed me. When I got to college, I experienced one of the greatest traumas of my life and was then diagnosed with PTSD. Against doctor's orders, I went to a Hot Yoga class at 5:30am for the first time, and my life was never the same.

After just ten yoga classes, I was already healing my spinal problems AND my mental problems immensely, and I committed to a Yoga Teacher Training. In less than one year of dedicated yogic practices (asana, pranayama, Ayurvedic self-care, and meditation), I was living pain-free in mind, body, and spirit.

Throughout my nearly 7 years of dedicated study, yoga has allowed me to graduate from college on time, to carry two pregnancies with minimal discomfort (also something I was told I'd never be able to do!), to enjoy a full-contact sport such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to heal any psycho-emotional woundings that I face, and to remain grounded through massive changes in the world around me.

Prenatal Yoga with Nya (In-Home or Zoom)

In these one-hour in-home sessions, you will receive a cultivated yoga flow designed to strengthen and awaken your body in preparation for birth, guided womb-connection meditations, and pranayama teachings that can be used in childbirth or for pregnancy relaxation. These flows will help blood circulation, hip and pelvic-opening, and all-around pain relief as you grow beautifully and expansively!

1:1 Healing Yoga Sessions for Women (In-Home or Zoom)

After an initial consultation, you will receive one-hour yoga sessions based on your unique needs for healing - physically, spiritually, emotionally, or mentally. These sessions will address your personal fitness goals using customized asana sequences, as well as your deeper personal goals using meditation, Ayurvedic & Yogic Lifestyle coaching, and more. For in-home clients, you can expect hands-on adjustments with care and guidance.

Healing Postpartum Yoga with Nya (In-Home)

In these one-hour in-home sessions, you will receive prescriptive and healing postpartum yoga in the comfort of your home, designed to heal the body and spirit after the intensive ceremony of birth. These sessions are personalized to your physical needs and abilities, as everyone's postpartum journey is very unique.

*Not recommended until at least Week 3 Postpartum, though we can do more internal practices such as meditation & pranayama leading up to Week 3.

1:1 Woild Fitness Coaching for Men (Coming Soon)

Learn from Isaac how to get in shape through a unique combination of Yoga for Men, Martial Arts training skills (even if you aren't interested in training with another person), and Primitive Outdoor Fitness routines. Through personalized sequences and exercises suited to fit YOUR needs, Isaac will help you reach your health goals in body, mind, and spirit.

Flexology with Nya (In-Home)

Flexology is a hands-on Bodywork practice of deep, assisted stretching in various yoga postures. Nya has 100+ hours in advanced yoga training specific to providing safe and effective hands-on adjustments and assists. All you have to do is lay down, and Nya will move and position your body in a deeply stretching and relaxing sequence of healing postures. This practice can rapidly and immensely improve your flexibility, muscular & joint pain, stress, and yoga asana ability. These 60-minute sessions are available for anyone, in-your home. All you need is a yoga mat or a rug!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Lessons with Isaac (In-Home; Coming Soon)

Curious about Martial Arts but not ready to try a community class? New to fitness, and want to improve your health through a masculine self-defense art? Looking to improve your fighting skills? These 90-minute lessons in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a Blue-Belt and experienced instructor will introduce you to the concepts of martial arts & self-defense, as well as get you in shape in a dynamic and well-rounded way. Mats will be provided, but you must have a large open floor space!
